I would recommend Roxane 100 times over! She is amazing! I bought my home in April 2020 (just in the nick of time with the pandemic!) I was a first time home buyer and had so many questions and so many thoughts! Roxane put my worries at ease the moment I spoke with her. and after meeting her I knew it was a match made in heaven. Both my parents wanted to come along for the journey. and my mom was moving in with me. Together we have 3 dogs, and of course they needed a yard! Talk about opinions when looking at houses LOL- but Roxane took everything in stride and kept moving on until we found the one! Roxane is a wonderful agent, responsive, knowledgeable, and upbeat. I contacted her after being highly recommended to us by a friend and she came to our home fully prepared the next day. During our conversation, it was evident she did a detailed market analysis about our house as well as houses in the same price range in our town. She articulated her marketing plan to list our house very well. We were impressed with her additional efforts, such as minor staging, high-end photography/video, and the open house immediately after the house is listed, to market our house which has been on the market for many months. Roxane is incredibly gifted at what she does. Roxane is organized, thorough, so personable, cutting edge in knowledge, and doesn't leave anything behind. She has been supportive night and day. When we made the offer on our soon-to-be home and were waiting for results, she called us and left a very warm, cheerful, and informative voicemail of the seller's decision. It was late at night and we didn't expect to hear of anything until the next day, but we did, which was so exciting and kept the home-buying processing moving along quickly and efficiently. Roxane helped my family buy a home in Pittsburgh while we were living down in Florida.
